- It establishes new obligations for digital service providers, such as transparency requirements regarding moderation policies, reporting obligations for illegal content, and measures to combat the spread of disinformation and hate speech.
- Digital Markets Act (DMA):
- The DMA focuses on regulating digital markets and addressing abuse of power by large digital platforms considered as ‘gatekeepers’.
- It aims to create a fairer digital market environment by prohibiting certain behaviors of ‘gatekeepers’, such as favoring their own services and impeding competition.
- It imposes obligations on ‘gatekeepers’, such as sharing certain data with competitors, prohibiting self-preferencing, and engaging in binding dispute resolution mechanisms.
In summary, the DSA focuses on the responsibility of digital service providers regarding content on their platforms, while the DMA is aimed at regulating large digital platforms to ensure competition and fair market practices.

Kukulkan is the light! and I also want to embody this to contribute to a better living environment for everyone. However, as time passes and the world’s condition worsens, and humanity is losing hope massively, Kukulkan feels a strong force pulling him towards the darkness.
Kukulkan feels the need to transcend humanity and restore balance from the other side, the Dark Side of existence.
